Story
"Ranma 1/2" is a slapstick martial arts romantic comedy based on the famous manga by Rumiko Takahashi. The protagonist, Ranma Saotome, falls into the cursed springs during training in China and acquires a unique condition where he turns into a girl when splashed with cold water and reverts to a boy with hot water. The story depicts the daily life of Ranma, his fiancée Akane Tendo, and a cast of colorful characters.

The new anime "Ranma 1/2" is scheduled to start airing on Nippon TV from October 5, 2024, every Saturday at 24:55. It will be broadcast nationwide on the Nippon TV network.
Streaming Information
It has been decided that the anime will be exclusively streamed on Netflix right after the broadcast. This allows fans all over the world to enjoy it in real-time.
