The TV anime "Grendizer U" has released a new visual and promotional video, with broadcasts scheduled to start on July 5th. This anime is based on the original work by Go Nagai and has also showcased new mecha designs.
The new visual features characters such as Grendizer and Mazinger Z, along with Duke Freed, Koji Kabuto, and others, bringing a sense of nostalgia amidst the newness.
The latest PV brings together the main characters and also debuts the ending song by BAND-MAID. Additionally, a new mech series called "Spazers," designed to protect space, is introduced, each with designs themed around air, land, and sea.

Interview footage of the production staff has also been released, with composer Kohei Tanaka and sound director Yukio Nagasaki discussing the behind-the-scenes of the production. A comic adaptation has also been announced, with serialization confirmed on a web manga site.
"Grendizer U" is a reboot of the "UFO Robot Grendizer" that aired from 1975 to 1977, with Mitsuo Fukuda serving as the chief director, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto handling character design, and Kohei Tanaka in charge of music. The animation production is by GAINA.
